Alain Pinel Realtors Ranked 12th Largest Private Company in Silicon Valley

October 2, 2013

Alain Pinel Realtors (APR) has been named the 12th largest private company in the Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal based on 2012 fiscal year revenue, moving up two places from last year.
The ranking comes on top of the firm’s success earlier this year, having been ranked the fifth largest residential real estate firm in the United States for a second consecutive year based on its sales volume in 2012, according to REAL Trends. Despite constrained inventory, APR had a record year in 2012 with a closed sales volume of $8.8 billion, a 23% increase over their sales in 2011.
“At Alain Pinel Realtors we are fortunate to benefit from being a family-owned company that has a boutique feel while achieving a global reach,” said Rainy Hake, APR Executive Vice President. “Our strong founding principles and goal to continually redefine the way real estate is done has helped us achieve success through our strong client relationships.”
This year, APR was named the number one real estate brokerage in Silicon Valley based on productivity per office ($687 million) and average sales price ($1.2 million) by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, based on sales within Silicon Valley. APR was also named the second largest broker in the Bay Area in overall closed sales volume by both the San Francisco Business Journal and Silicon Valley Business Journal.
